Sales Account Manager liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Job Description : Research, create and follow-up on leads, and track opportunities for qualified leads. Understand customers' specific business needs. Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy, and follow-up calls. Cold-call to create interest in services and generate new business leads and arrange meetings. Identify opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry / market. Market and promote full services offerings portfolio. Involve in negotiating a commercial agreement in a win-win approach. Finalize service agreements back with customers. Prospect and qualify opportunities. (Sales Forecast). Work to ensure a productive long-term relationship with customers. Provide regular forecasts to manage new work sold and billed. Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers / partners. Achieve the sales & revenue GP as per business plan. Deliver market insight by identifying trends, competitor positions, and emerging themes locally and regionally. Job Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Software, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets,
Saudi Experience is a MUST
at least 3 Years. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of software and its applications. Familiarity with the technical aspects of software deployment and integration. Sales Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Customer Focus : Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
