Key Responsibilities

• Own client relationships – Act as the main point of contact, deeply understand client needs, and ensure solution alignment and proper contract execution.
• Drive growth – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage financial performance, and develop account expansion plans.
• Build and manage pipeline – Qualify leads, structure your pipeline, and meet sales targets.
• Ensure client value – Conduct regular check-ins, lead demos, and ensure clients realize measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain CRM accuracy – Track performance metrics and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
