QA / QC Snr Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a QA / QC Senior Manager to join our team. The role is to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of projects, develop and implement QA / QC processes, conduct inspections and audits, and lead a team of QA / QC professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA / QC management, extensive knowledge of quality standards and regulations, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA / QC strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements Lead and manage a team of QA / QC professionals Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and deliverables Review and approve quality control documentation and reports Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality assurance and quality control Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA / QC management, preferably in the construction industry Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations Proven experience in developing and implementing QA / QC procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Certifications in quality management or related field are a plus Location : Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment type : Full-time
