About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA / QC Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead our quality assurance and quality control efforts, ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of excellence. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Lead and mentor a team of QA / QC professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes Analyze quality data and metrics to drive process improvements and reduce defects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Manage and optimize quality control processes using statistical process control and other analytical tools Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality manuals Participate in new product development processes to ensure quality standards are met from conception to production Report on quality performance to senior management and recommend strategies for improvement

What do we need from you Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance / quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment Proven leadership experience managing QA / QC teams Strong knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and root cause analysis Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred ASQ certification is a plus Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
