Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to help shape the QA strategy for a growing, fast-paced organization.

Requirements :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, including test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Define and track quality metrics to monitor progress and product health.
• Oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing across all releases.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous process improvements in testing, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify quality risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Champion the use of automation to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, defects, and QA processes.
• Participate in release planning and provide go / no-go recommendations based on product readiness.
