The Role
- Identifies business opportunities by establishing contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
- Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Presenting demonstrations on the Karooooo product and services.
- Update CRM reports daily.
- Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls, leads and meeting.
- Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
Saudi CitizenBachelor's degree in any related field2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantageProficient in Arabic and EnglishTechnically independent with good initiativeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation skillsHands-on and a positive attitudeTeam player, with a high level of energy and able to work independentlyAble to work under pressure, coordination skill, multi-tasking, service-minded.Initiative for problem solving.Good personality and good follow up.With Valid Saudi driving licenseAbout the company
