As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the transportation industry. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities, while providing technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process.
Your Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Product Demonstrations
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our technology solutions to potential clients.
Technical Expertise
Provide technical support and advice to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Market Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Negotiation
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
