Job Description What You'll Do
Launch & Scale KSA Operations : Set up Pemo's presence in KSA with full P&L ownership.
Drive Revenue Growth : Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a strong pipeline and convert key accounts.
Build & Lead a Team : Recruit and manage a high-performing sales and customer success team.
Own Market Strategy : Make key business decisions to establish Pemo as a market leader.
Engage with Regulators : Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Represent Pemo in KSA : Build partnerships and increase brand awareness.
What We Are Looking For 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup. Sales leadership experience including mentoring and leading sales teams. Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to scale a business and drive revenue. Strategic and execution-focused, able to plan and deliver results. Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and basic familiarity with regulatory requirements. Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
