Purpose of the Job
The Senior General Manager – HR IT (Employee Experience BRM) serves as the primary liaison between the Technology / Digital teams and the HR business. The role ensures an efficient flow of demand and vision for HR technology, guaranteeing successful delivery of digital services for both existing and new HR systems while managing ongoing system support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT & Digital projects and changes aligned with business priorities to achieve measurable impact on efficiency, savings, and productivity.
- Deliver functional support for Level 1 and Level 2, maintaining SLA KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Design enterprise architecture systems that secure information flow and storage across all business units.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Corporate IT BRM for HR to plan and deliver digital transformation projects across all ALJ global entities, including scope, resources, and timelines.
- Execute integrations between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and related enterprise systems (Finance, Time Management, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding).
- Apply HRIS / HCM expertise to configure and support solutions for complex HR processes, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Lead requirements gathering and design sessions with HR stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Document detailed business requirements and configuration decisions in formal workbooks or design documents, obtaining sign‑off from business owners.
- Collaborate with technical teams and consultants to guarantee end‑to‑end integration and data integrity.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for recurring HR IT tasks, reviewing and updating them as needed.
- Implement change control procedures for any production system changes, including risk assessment, approvals, and communication.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new or unused SuccessFactors and SAP HCM features to improve HR outcomes, such as self‑service tools, analytics, or AI‑driven functionalities.
