الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in ELV systems ( Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.) and UPS products. Strong technical knowledge of ELV & power backup systems. Familiarity with design, estimation, and bidding processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for ELV and UPS systems.
- Identify and target key market segments such as construction, IT, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain a solid pipeline and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Present technical solutions to clients and consultants with confidence and clarity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams for customized solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Qualification / Requirement
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts in ELV Systems and UPS Solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of low voltage systems, experience in the electrical / electronics industry, and a proven ability to build client relationships and close complex sales.
