Responsibilities

• Participate and enforce Qiddiya technology Bases of design and EA principles
• Monitor the defined KPI for the Services provided by Qiddiya Technologies
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that infrastructure supports business operations and enhances service delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities and drive innovation.
• Monitor and enforce logging Service request and incident in IT service management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure high availability.
• Manage vendor relationships to negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Prepare and oversee the budget for the IT infrastructure department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
