Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented “Microbiology Section Head” to join our dynamic team in Sudair, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor the microbiology team responsible for both sterile and non-sterile products.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, ensuring adherence to GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.

Oversee all microbiological testing activities, including sterility testing, microbial limit testing, bioburden analysis, endotoxin testing, and environmental monitoring.

Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring laboratory operations are always audit-ready.

Ensure that validated methods are transferred effectively to the production environment and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or microbiology. Master of Business Administration is a plus.

6-9 years of experience in a related field.

Expertise in GMP, GLP, ICH, and pharmacopeial compliance.

OOS / OOT investigation handling experience.
