Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) 100% Field base Western Region of Saudi Arabia / Jeddah The Senior TAS is responsible for the promotion of Stemline’s current and future products in hematology to both existing and potential customers. The goals of this position are to support patients with new innovations, increase market share by expanding business in current ecosystems, develop and encourage strong customer relationships, build brand loyalty, and to provide customer satisfaction. It is a role with an extremely high level of autonomy, empowerment, visibility, and the unique chance to influence how Stemline is positioned in Saudi Arabia. The advertised positions concerns the central & western regions in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Identifies and defines key local prescriber groups relevant for Stemline's in-label products (segmentation / targeting), establishes and maintains professional relationships with these (potential) prescribers Collect & synthesize large volumes of clinical, medical & scientific insights by peer to peer business relationships with KEEs. Identify the customer patients’ journey gap and setting tactical plans to bridge it Scientific engagement and product relevant communication. Understand the business dynamics and build key accounts mapping capabilities. Working on developing patient journey per account to address the drivers and barriers for the formulary inclusion and increase patients access IMS data analysis to ensure reaching to the full potential as well as identifying any new opportunities. Working closely with the planners, purchasers and buyers to ensure delivering our value to the patients. CFT Collaboration to provide the most comprehensive solutions for different stakeholders Address the value driven to the Ecosystem community Ensures full compliance in all customer engagement efforts according to Stemline's SOPs as well as local laws and regulations Skills / Knowledge Education in Pharmacy & Life Sciences Previous experience working in the area of Hematology / Oncology Proven interest / expertise in scientific and clinical aspects paired with an entrepreneurial attitude and a tenacious ambition for commercial success Outspoken and positive attitude in benefit / price aspects of innovative pharmaceutical products Basic understanding of local reimbursement mechanisms, willing to engage with and support centers in any center related budget & reimbursement aspects Strong intellectual and communication skills Highly self-motivated, hands-on and acting independently The role will be 100% field-based with large territories, requiring a high level of travel and mobility The Menarini Group is present in 140 countries worldwide with over 17,500 employees. The acquisition of Stemline established Menarini’s presence in the US biopharmaceutical oncology market, where the company will support further development of Stemline’s assets and will enable global expansion by leveraging its commercial infrastructure in Europe and other ex-US geographies. Menarini also entered into a global license agreement with Radius Health to complete the development of Orserdu (Elacestrant,) an oral SERD in late stage Phase 3 development for hormone receptor-positive advanced breast cancer. Following a successful phase 3 study Menarini-Stemline is commercializing Orserdu in US, Europe and AsiaPac. Most recently Menarini secured their entry into an exclusive licensing agreement with Karyopharm whereby Menarini also commercializes NEXPOVIO, Karyopharm’s first-in-class, oral Selective Inhibitor of Nuclear Export (SINE) compound, in Europe and other key global territories. NEXPOVIO has been approved by EMA in 2021 for the treatment of relapsed / refractory Multiple Myeloma and marketed in Germany in 2022 for the first time.
