What You Will Do As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, delivering excellence in every plate and inspiring your team to maintain the world-class standards Four Seasons is known for. Your responsibilities may include specialized work in Pastry, Bakery, Butchery, In-Room Dining, All Day Dining, Specialty Bar & Restaurant, or the Lobby Lounge.
Manage daily operations of your assigned section, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
Supervise and train commis chefs and prep cooks, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
Maintain mise en place readiness for service and special events.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
Collaborate with other sections to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Assist in creating and testing new menu items.
Handle guest requests or special dietary needs with precision and care.
What You Bring
Minimum 2–3 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Expertise in your chosen department (Pastry, Bakery, Butchery, or Hot Kitchen) and solid understanding of cooking techniques.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Passion for quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, multicultural kitchen environment.
Food Safety and HACCP certification preferred.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluency in English is required.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
