We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie – A La Carte to join our culinary team at Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the a la carte section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standard of quality, taste, and presentation. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to lead by example will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect the care and excellence Hyatt is known for.

Responsibilities :
- Preparing and presenting all a la carte dishes in line with recipe standards and plating guidelines.
- Ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of every dish.
- Supervising and guiding commis chefs and demi-chefs in the section.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the a la carte line during service.
- Coordinating with service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating requisition needs.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Participating in daily briefings, menu planning, and contributing innovative ideas.
- Supporting overall kitchen operations and assisting other sections when needed.
Skills & Requirements :
2–3 years’ experience in a DCDP within a 4- or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.Excellent knowledge of hot and cold a la carte dishes.Strong multitasking and time-management skills.Familiarity with HACCP standards and kitchen hygiene practices.Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.Ability to train and motivate junior team members.Our purpose is "we care for people so they can be their best."
