The Boutique Sales & Event Manager is responsible for driving retail sales performance, building strong client relationships, and planning high-end boutique events that reinforce Al Khozama’s reputation for luxury, exclusivity, and exceptional guest experience. This role combines sales leadership with creative event management to attract clientele, enhance brand visibility, and increase revenue through personalized experiences and signature events.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve boutique revenue targets and KPIs.
Build, nurture, and manage relationships with VIP clients, corporate partners, and luxury brands.
Identify new business opportunities through private appointments, collaborations, and client activations.
Ensure the boutique team provides personalized, high‑touch service that reflects Al Khozama’s luxury standards.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Event Planning & Management
Plan, organize, and execute boutique events, product launches, trunk shows, and exclusive client gatherings.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design creative event concepts aligned with brand identity.
Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
Oversee guest list management, invitations, setup, and on‑site coordination to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Evaluate event success and ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
Maintain a deep understanding of client preferences, shopping habits, and expectations.
Develop tailored experiences and personalized services to strengthen client loyalty.
Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Oversee loyalty programs, CRM updates, and post‑event follow‑ups to enhance engagement.
Lead, motivate, and train boutique team members on sales techniques, service excellence, and event coordination.
Foster a collaborative, customer‑focused culture within the boutique.
Work closely with marketing, procurement, and visual merchandising to ensure alignment of retail and event objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales and event management, preferably within high‑end hospitality or boutique environments.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful events.
Strong business acumen with a creative flair for event design and brand presentation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Opera, or similar).
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
