Enterprise Architect Out Systems

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise-wide Out Systems architecture strategy, aligned with business and Digital objectives. Design scalable, modular, and reusable architecture patterns and components to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt. Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to Out Systems best practices and enterprise standards. Drive development efficiency by identifying platform optimizations, automation opportunities, and reusable assets. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure robust CI / CD processes for Out Systems on-premises and hybrid environments. Evaluate new tools, technologies, and Out Systems features to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software architecture, including 3+ years working extensively with Out Systems. Proven expertise in designing and scaling enterprise-grade Out Systems applications, especially in on-premise or hybrid environments. Demonstrated success in improving development efficiency and solution maintainability through architectural leadership. Strong understanding of Out Systems integration patterns, performance tuning, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and source control tools like Git. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Out Systems certifications such as Architecture Specialist or Professional Tech Lead are highly preferred. Other
