We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive our B2B sales initiatives within the aviation sector. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote and sell our GSE equipment, spare parts, and after-sales support services to new and existing B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in airlines, ground handlers, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities.
- Utilize your technical expertise to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and commercial proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Represent our international partners' portfolios with professionalism and expertise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings. Qualifications & Experience :
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the aviation, aerospace, or a capital equipment industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss complex engineering concepts and equipment specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
