Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing and operating commercial spaces within fuel stations, ensuring diversity and optimal utilization.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to senior management on revenues, occupancy rates, and recommendations for future space utilization.
• Identify and attract strategic partners and well-known brands (such as international restaurants and coffee chains) to establish their presence within the stations.
• Oversee all commercial and lease contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Lead negotiations with new and existing tenants to achieve optimal investment returns for commercial spaces.
• Develop and execute plans to enhance and modernize existing sites to increase their market value and commercial appeal.
• Lead and develop the real estate management team to ensure high performance and long-term asset sustainability.
