Strong leadership background managing 10+ direct reports (20+ total). Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market. Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English. Resilient, self‑driven, and able to lead under pressure in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Sales Manager will lead and manage a high‑performing B2C real estate sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass revenue goals.

- Set clear individual and team KPIs; monitor results through CRM systems and data‑driven insights.
- Conduct daily meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations to maintain focus and momentum.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to align on lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, performance data, and customer feedback to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
