Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, including at least 5 years in fuel stations or the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing and operating commercial spaces within fuel stations, ensuring diversity and optimal utilization.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to senior management on revenues, occupancy rates, and recommendations for future space utilization.
- Identify and attract strategic partners and well-known brands (such as international restaurants and coffee chains) to establish their presence within the stations.
- Oversee all commercial and lease contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Lead negotiations with new and existing tenants to achieve optimal investment returns for commercial spaces.
- Develop and execute plans to enhance and modernize existing sites to increase their market value and commercial appeal.
- Lead and develop the real estate management team to ensure high performance and long-term asset sustainability.
