About The Program

It is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates from local and foreign universities, graduates of institutes and colleges who hold technical and administrative diplomas.

The Program aims to support Saudi Talents acquire the expertise and skills necessary to prepare them to participate and effectively engage in the labor market.

Who is the program for?

Specified for Saudi recent graduates holding a bachelor’s, master’s degree, graduates of institutes and colleges who hold technical, and administrative diplomas, or who have not worked in any job during the last six months

Eligibility

Eligibility criteria : The applicant for the program must be :

• Saudi nationality.
• To have a bachelor's degree or higher, or to have a diploma in one of the technical, or administrative fields.
• The records of Social Security and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development indicate that the applicant has not registered for any job during the previous six months.
• Not currently affiliated with any work.
• Did not benefit from the program previously
