Overview
The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR practices and prepare the trainee for a professional career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team (letters, reports, filing, etc.).
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
