Eram Talent is seeking three highly experienced Senior Engineers to join the Curriculum Team. These positions are critical for transferring technical expertise, best practices, and operational knowledge to the next generation of professionals in Downstream Operations. These roles are designed for seasoned professionals passionate about technical training, curriculum development, and workforce capability building.

Key Responsibilities :
- 15+ Years of Work Experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Develop technical course materials : Create comprehensive, work-task-centric workshops to prepare early and mid-career professionals for mastery in their core job tasks.
- Facilitate technical courses : Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at various career stages, ensuring effective knowledge transfer of industry best practices.
- Curriculum development : Build structured learning pathways and job family-specific curricula, catering to professionals at different career levels.
- Mentorship and coaching : Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, fostering technical skill development and operational excellence across teams.
