Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage all aspects of maintenance operations to ensure asset reliability and full compliance with safety and operational standards.

Review and analyze existing maintenance strategies, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using industry best practices.

Optimize maintenance workflows, schedules, and processes to enable seamless operations without service interruptions or compromise in quality.

Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all asset renewal and overhaul programs, ensuring each activity meets scheduled timelines.

Monitor maintenance performance data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Develop and mentor a high-performing maintenance team, fostering leadership, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.

Coordinate with relevant departments and external contractors to ensure maintenance objectives are aligned with the broader project goals.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in maintenance operations within large infrastructure, transport, or related industries.

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proven experience in enhancing maintenance regimes and optimizing asset management workflows.

Solid understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Willingness to travel as per project / client / company requirements.
