The Maintenance Associate Manager is a pivotal role within the FMCG sector, focusing on the effective management of maintenance operations to ensure the seamless functioning of production equipment. Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Conduct thorough inspections and audits of machinery to preemptively identify and address potential failures.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational disruptions.
Manage and optimize the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Utilize maintenance management systems like SAP to track maintenance activities and analyze performance metrics.
Implement and oversee TPM initiatives to promote proactive maintenance practices.

Engage with suppliers to procure necessary parts and services, negotiating favorable terms.
Stay current with advancements in maintenance technologies and best practices to drive innovation.

Preferred Candidate :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Extensive experience in maintenance management within the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of TPM principles and practices.

Proficient in using maintenance management systems, particularly SAP.

Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
