We are now seeking multiple Sales Associates to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving enrollments for our core programs.
What You’ll Do :
- Engage with potential students to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and lead management.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales using our CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless enrollment process for students.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for education and helping individuals succeed.Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or sales tools.What’s in It for You?
