Overview This role shapes the long-term business expansion strategy for the MENA region, with a focus on growing the footprint of a leading mobile esports ecosystem. You’ll identify new opportunities, forge high-impact partnerships, strengthen key client relationships, and guide cross‑functional teams toward sustainable regional growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Regional Growth
Develop strategic expansion plans grounded in a deep understanding of the esports landscape across the Middle East and North Africa.
Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, including partnerships with major enterprises, esports organizations, and government bodies.
Drive the implementation of growth initiatives while elevating the capabilities and performance of cross‑functional teams.
Client Relationship Leadership
Maintain and strengthen relationships with top‑tier partners and clients through regular senior‑level engagement.
Lead complex negotiations, manage high‑stakes issues, and refine partnership frameworks to protect and advance the company’s interests.
Review existing collaborations to uncover new value, expand commercial scope, and enhance long‑term partnership potential.
Monitor regional esports trends, competitor activities, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
Provide timely market insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to regional business decision‑making.
Oversee market research initiatives and collaborate with external research partners to obtain robust data and consumer insights.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Resource Alignment
Work closely with operations, marketing, product, and other departments to ensure unified regional objectives and cohesive business execution.
Integrate internal resources across teams, improving efficiency and ensuring initiatives in the MENA region are properly supported.
Resolve cross‑team challenges, improve communication processes, and foster strong collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in marketing, business, or sports‑related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or esports / gaming‑related industries.
Previous exposure to the MENA market—either through work experience or regional business engagement—is a strong advantage.
