General Manager - Large Rehabilitation Facility, Riyadh

  • A large, highly equipped medical rehabilitation and special needs education facility in Riyadh.
  • Recruiting for the position of General Manager.
  • Applicants should have extensive experience in hospital administration and demonstrate competence in healthcare management.

Parkhouse Bell is representing a large, multi-faceted clinic in Dubai that is looking for a General Manager to join their administrative team. The successful candidate will manage the costs, delivery, and quality of healthcare services within the facility.

Language requirements : English - Fluent / Excellent, Arabic - Fluent / Excellent.

  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills in overseeing management staff and healthcare providers.
  • Professional and clinical leadership to physicians and administrative staff.
  • Knowledge of medical malpractice protocols.
  • Ability to formulate and implement clinical strategies, standards, and policies in line with the Group’s clinical governance model.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Computer literate.
  • Well-organized with good time management skills.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Lead recruitment of medical and allied healthcare staff.
  • Manage doctors’ schedules and leave administration.

  • Adopt a patient-centered approach and meet client expectations.
  • Represent management on medical committees and related bodies.
  • Network with referral hospitals and community-based specialists to support clinical strategy.
