Location : Ideally based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary : SAR 20,000 per month + SAR 5,000 commission per site + annual bonus (SAR 70,000–80,000)

Contract Type : Full‑time

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest‑growing fitness brands in the region. With rapid expansion plans across the GCC, we are seeking an experienced Property Acquisition Manager to take the lead in identifying and securing high‑impact locations for our new gym sites.

Based in Riyadh and covering Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar , this is a high‑visibility role where your ability to open new doors — literally and strategically — will shape the future of a major health and wellness brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching key markets and identifying high‑potential locations for new clubs
• Sourcing and assessing properties based on access, visibility, footfall, and catchment demographics
• Negotiating lease or freehold agreements with landlords, agents, and developers
• Creating feasibility studies, business cases, and ROI projections for each site
• Collaborating with development, operations, and finance teams to align expansion strategy
• Ensuring all acquisitions meet brand standards, timelines, and financial targets
