Job Responsibilities
- Keeping and coordinating activities of receiving, storing, loading, offloading materials, issuing supplies and orders, and compiling records of supply transactions, in a manner that ensures proper handling at the warehouse.
- Receiving the product in coordination with the manufacturing department and recording the inventory into the ERP system as per company policy and procedures.
- Receiving stock orders / receipts and preparing batches for issue to end-users, ensuring compliance with approved needs, and creating batches on the SAP system.
- Receiving materials into the warehouse and, when necessary, coordinating with Quality Control and end-users for inspections to confirm compliance with requirements.
- Maintaining storage space by organizing warehouse space and adhering to storage design principles.
- Participating in annual and ongoing physical inventory programs to confirm data accuracy and completeness, and to assist in identifying and resolving anomalies.
- Conducting specialized inventory programs in SPC operations in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Preparing weekly inventory movement reports and conducting system reconciliation to ensure record accuracy.
- Executing activities related to this function in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualification & Experience
