As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will infuse our dynamic Sales Team with ambition, a results-driven approach, and a passion for engaging with customers. Your leadership will elevate our sales efforts, ensuring success in every interaction.
- Support the smooth operation of the sales department, delivering all aspects of hotel’s proactive sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to inquiries and resolving problems.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring timely and professional execution.
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
- Collaborate with your supervisor to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance goals.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensure adherence to all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence and best practices for audits, with follow-up as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in sales is beneficial but not essential.Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties.Personal integrity and a drive for excellence.Experience working with IT systems across platforms.Strong communication skills.Additional Information
