As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will infuse our dynamic Sales Team with ambition, a results-driven approach, and a passion for engaging with customers. Your leadership will elevate our sales efforts, ensuring success in every interaction. Support the smooth operation of the sales department, delivering all aspects of hotel’s proactive sales initiatives to maximize revenue. Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to inquiries and resolving problems. Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring timely and professional execution. Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets. Collaborate with your supervisor to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance goals. Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values. Ensure adherence to all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence and best practices for audits, with follow-up as needed. Qualifications Experience in sales is beneficial but not essential. Hands-on approach with a can-do work style. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality. Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties. Personal integrity and a drive for excellence. Experience working with IT systems across platforms. Strong communication skills.
