Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail, luxury goods, or fragrance sector. Niceone is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Area Supervisor specializing in perfumes. If you are passionate about fragrance, retail operations, and elevating the customer experience, this is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a significant impact within our retail network.
Responsibilities
- Area Operations Management : Supervise and coordinate daily activities across multiple perfume retail locations to ensure operational excellence and achieve sales goals.
- Team Leadership and Development : Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.
- Fragrance Merchandising : Oversee the visual presentation and inventory of perfume displays, ensuring brand consistency and high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Sales Performance Optimization : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, implementing action plans to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction across the assigned area.
- Customer Experience : Champion exceptional service, resolving escalated customer concerns, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a premium fragrance purchasing experience.
- Training and Product Knowledge : Lead product training sessions and ensure teams are up-to-date with the latest perfume trends, launches, and brand guidelines.
- Inventory and Loss Prevention : Maintain proper stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement security procedures to minimize loss and safeguard assets.
- Reporting and Communication : Prepare performance and operations reports, and communicate insights proactively to upper management.
