• Fragrance Merchandising : Oversee the visual presentation and inventory of perfume displays, ensuring brand consistency and high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Sales Performance Optimization : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, implementing action plans to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction across the assigned area.
• Customer Experience : Champion exceptional service, resolving escalated customer concerns, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a premium fragrance purchasing experience.
• Training and Product Knowledge : Lead product training sessions and ensure teams are up-to-date with the latest perfume trends, launches, and brand guidelines.
• Inventory and Loss Prevention : Maintain proper stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement security procedures to minimize loss and safeguard assets.
• Reporting and Communication : Prepare performance and operations reports, and communicate insights proactively to upper management.
