Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships – Act as the main point of contact, deeply understand client needs, and ensure solution alignment and proper contract execution.
- Drive growth – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage financial performance, and develop account expansion plans.
- Build and manage pipeline – Qualify leads, structure your pipeline, and meet sales targets.
- Ensure client value – Conduct regular check-ins, lead demos, and ensure clients realize measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain CRM accuracy – Track performance metrics and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
Qualifications
5+ years in SaaS account management or customer success.Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with a structured, consultative approach.Understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs, and cloud technologies.Familiarity with ERP systems and how SaaS integrates within enterprise environments.Proficient in CRM and customer success tools.Experience working across diverse, multicultural teams.Seniority level
