Overview

Position : Construction Manager

Location : Dammam

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO standards and safety protocols.
  • Engage in construction planning, risk mitigation, and execution of work according to 7 / 30 / 60 / 90-day lookahead plans.
  • Interface with project teams (engineering, planning, HSE, QC) and client PMT to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, coordinate material flow, and resolve site bottlenecks.
  • Ensure efficient workforce management and training of Saudi nationals in line with localization requirements.
  • Review and manage progress reporting, QA / QC compliance, and timely handover documentation.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years as a Construction Manager on oil & gas megaprojects (USD 700M+).
  • ARAMCO project experience is mandatory, particularly in brownfield projects.
  • Knowledge of QHSE, risk assessments, heavy lifts, and critical field activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Preferred : Experience in Master Gas System (MGS) projects and familiarity with Gas Compression Stations.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive site execution and foster a safety-first culture.
