Overview

As the Lead Trainer, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs to enhance employee performance, engagement, and development. Leading a team of three, you will ensure training initiatives align with business goals while continuously optimising delivery methods and staying ahead of industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
• Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training content across formats such as in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching.
• Ensure training materials reflect the brand’s tone, values, and cultural context relevant to the Saudi market.
• Plan and maintain a structured training calendar, ensuring timely and consistent program rollout.
• Monitor trainee progress, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Track, analyse, and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on learning and development trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and impactful.
• Collaborate with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organisational priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Trainers and Training Coordinators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
• Foster a collaborative and learner-focused team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous growth.
