Automation job in Dubai and UAT job in Saudi Arabia Main Purpose The Test Lead is responsible for overseeing the verification of solution designs, system and organizational changes, and ensuring that all testing activities align with project goals and quality standards. The role will define the test strategy and approach, create test plans and scripts, monitor quality metrics, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution. Responsibilities Lead UAT and System Testing functions across various projects. Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to advocate for quality and testing best practices. Define and implement the overall test strategy, ensuring alignment with project goals and enterprise quality standards. Review test plans, test cases, and other test deliverables for accuracy, coverage, and compliance with best practices. Communicate test strategies effectively to stakeholders and secure their buy-in. Develop detailed estimates, dependencies, assumptions, and test requirements. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the testing lifecycle. Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues. Lead test resource planning, allocation, and performance management. Ensure timely delivery of test artifacts and maintain high standards across all testing documentation. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for test execution and issue resolution. Prepare and present comprehensive post-project review documentation. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience 8+ years of relevant IT experience, including 4+ years in a similar test leadership role. Hands-on experience with

HP Quality Center / Unified Functional Testing

in at least 3 projects. Proven track record in delivering test management services using industry-standard methodologies. Experience with project and test tool selection, implementation, and governance. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus. Strong background in aligning testing methodologies with PMO and IT governance. Experience in coaching and mentoring junior QA team members.
