Overview
As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will lead the planning and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market and collaboration across departments to deliver impactful campaigns, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the customer journey at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with business goals and tailored for the Saudi market
- Lead the execution of monthly and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Own and drive performance marketing strategies across digital channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, and affiliate networks
- Lead the development of localized content and campaigns that reflect cultural nuances and comply with relevant regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, growth, customer success, and compliance teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and user needs
- Utilize market research, customer insights, and industry trends to continuously refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key fintech stakeholders, influencers, and opinion leaders to expand brand visibility
- Monitor, report on, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve results continuously
Requirements
Deep understanding of the Saudi market, including local consumer behavior, digital channels, and financial services cultureMinimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably within fintech, tech, or financial services, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacityBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldProven success in building and scaling customer acquisition and engagement strategies in competitive marketsProficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and market research techniquesExcellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spokenCollaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsPleasant personality and able to lead with empathy and patienceBenefits
