About the Role :
Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in the real estate and short-term rental sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering impactful campaigns, driving measurable growth, and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead digital and offline campaigns, monitor performance, and report on KPIs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Analyze market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in real estate and hospitality.
- Mentor and support the marketing team to achieve high performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience managing successful marketing campaigns (preferably in real estate, travel, hospitality, or digital platforms).Proven track record in launching high-impact campaigns and achieving growth.Experience in dynamic, fast-paced, or startup environments.Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).Bonus : Knowledge of the Saudi or wider MENA real estate / hospitality ecosystem.Yemeni Candidates are highly encouraged to apply.Seniority level
