Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to drive business growth in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) channel . The role involves building strong relationships with key customers, managing distributors, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the HoReCa segment by expanding customer base and increasing market share.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new clients in the assigned region.
• Ensure effective execution of sales strategies, promotions, and activations at the customer level.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with distributors and ensure product availability, visibility, and timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, collections, and profitability objectives.
• Submit timely reports on sales performance, pipeline, and customer feedback.
