The project

The project : This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll be responsible for

• Supporting the construction lead in translating client vision into a clear, deliverable onsite plan.
• Guiding and coordinating the wider delivery team, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Providing technical expertise and leadership to delivery teams, promoting health and safety rules and regulations.
• Ensuring project operations meet budgetary, ethical, and compliance standards across all phases.
• Contributing to long-term strategy development for the business unit, supporting sustainable growth.
• Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders to influence project outcomes and maintain trust.
• Fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture that prioritises wellbeing and knowledge sharing.
• Being a champion of safety and compliance, applying local HSE regulations and Mace’s HSW framework throughout delivery.
