Job Description :

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager – Dry Utilities to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all dry utilities infrastructure on a major airfield development project. The role involves managing civil and utility construction works, including potable water, sewerage, stormwater, electrical ducts, telecoms, and other underground services.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects with proven expertise in dry utility construction, stakeholder coordination, and site management.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Develop and implement construction strategies, work plans, and schedules for dry utility works.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and proactively address delays or resource constraints.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure optimal utilization of equipment, labor, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and technical reviews regularly.
• Act as the primary interface with utility authorities, local government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope adherence, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate integration of dry utilities with civil works, airside / landside systems, and terminal facilities.
• Ensure construction activities comply with HSE regulations, airport safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Implement risk mitigation measures and supervise corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
