Commercial Contracts Manager . The role involves overseeing contract administration, commercial governance, and ensuring compliance across multiple projects. Availability :

Immediate Joiners Preferred. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all commercial and contractual functions at the corporate level. Review, prepare, and negotiate major contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements. Provide commercial oversight and support to project teams on claims, variations, EoT, and contractual disputes. Establish and maintain company-wide contract management systems, templates, and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and advise senior management on commercial exposure and mitigation strategies. Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Project Management departments for budget control and commercial reporting. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contract terms, and applicable legal standards. Support tendering activities, cost reviews, and strategic commercial planning. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in contract and commercial management, preferably within a major construction contracting company. Strong expertise in FIDIC and other standard contract frameworks. Proven track record in claims management, dispute resolution, and contract negotiation. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen. Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools. Must be proficient in both English and Arabic (spoken and written). How to Apply
