Job Purpose To lead the company’s commercial strategy by managing contracts, optimizing revenue, controlling costs, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring long‑term business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and risks to support strategic decision‑making.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that support revenue growth.
Contract Management
Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
Manage contract risk, performance, renewals, and variations.
Financial & Business Performance
Prepare commercial forecasts, budgets, and profitability analyses.
Monitor revenue, margins, and cost structures to ensure healthy financial performance.
Implement pricing strategies and commercial policies.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
Handle high‑level negotiations and resolve commercial disputes.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support long‑term retention plans.
Operations & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure commercial alignment.
Support bids, proposals, and tender submissions with accurate commercial data.
Ensure efficient execution of commercial plans across departments.
Risk Management
Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Conduct periodic audits of commercial processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in commercial management, business development, or similar roles.
Defines sourcing strategy and builds partnerships. Onboard major phone brands (Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.) and negotiate deals.
Strong experience in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and commercial strategy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and financial modeling.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
Must have experience in the Saudi Market.
