Development Director – Sports & Entertainment Precinct / Olympic Park Project
We are seeking a visionary Development Director to lead the planning and delivery of a world-class sports and entertainment precinct. This is a high-profile role overseeing large-scale, mixed-use developments, with a focus on public realm, urban design, and master planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development strategy for the precinct, ensuring alignment with long-term master planning objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including mixed-use, commercial, and public realm developments.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with architects, urban planners, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project quality across multiple development phases.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches for large-scale urban developments.
