We are looking for a creative and organized Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from budget management to vendor selection and event execution. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to determine their vision and preferences for their wedding
• Develop and manage budgets, including negotiating with vendors for competitive pricing
• Source and coordinate with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
• Create detailed wedding timelines and ensure that all vendors are aware of their responsibilities
• Oversee the setup of the wedding venue and ensure everything is in place according to the client\'s wishes
• Coordinate transportation for the wedding party and guests
• Provide support on the day of the wedding, ensuring that everything runs smoothly
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding
