Wedding planner vacancy in Medina Saudi Arabia

Part-Time Wedding Planner (Indian Nationality)

As a part-time wedding planner, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of weddings in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for a flexible and rewarding job opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of weddings, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timeline management
  • Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
  • Source necessary materials and services within budget constraints
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
  • Attend wedding events to ensure smooth execution and handle any issues that may arise
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the planning process

Requirements :

  • Must be an Indian national living in Medina, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
  • No previous experience required as training will be provided
  • Good communication skills in both English and Hindi (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work part-time on evenings and weekends as needed
