Wedding Planner Coordinator
Our company is seeking a skilled and creative Wedding Planner Coordinator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national who is fluent in English and looking for a contract job without accommodation. We welcome freshers with a passion for event planning and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss wedding vision, budget, and timeline
- Research and recommend vendors for various aspects of the wedding (venue, catering, decorations, etc.)
- Coordinate all details leading up to the wedding day, including contracts, payments, and timelines
- Create and maintain detailed event plans and schedules
- Ensure all vendors are fulfilling their responsibilities on the day of the wedding
- Manage any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests
